Delivery Methods- Your packages are standered shiping and will go through USPS, I'm not in charge of tracking your order once it's been shipped so please don't request that I contact the USPS that's handling your package
Shipping Rates- Each shipping rate may differ between the order and where it's being shipped to, the standered shipping fee is around 3$
Shipping Zones- I ship only domestic
Estimated Arrival- Processing your order can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days, and depending on the location and no interuptions with the shipping of your order 5 to 7 days I will process your orders over weekends and holidays be aware they may be delayed becasue of the time of year
Returnes and Refunds- If your packages get lost or broken in the process of being shipped I won't offer a refund or return, I package your orders with care and security so they arive saftly to you :) if you place an order by accident and request a refund I will give you the refund , addictionally if your order arrives slightly broken I will be more that happy to guied you on how to reattach the broken peices please remember these sculptures and completly handmade making them fragile and delicate
